We use only what's needed to run the site. Strictly-necessary cookies keep you signed in. Optional Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner — and declining still lets you use everything.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no selling your data.
1.Overview
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. TaskFieldAI uses two kinds: strictly-necessary cookies that are required to sign you in and keep the site working, and optional analytics cookies that we set only if you agree. We do not use advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser (in a small taskfield_cookie_consent entry) and you can change it at any time — see How to control cookies.
2.Strictly-necessary cookies (always on)
These keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow. They cannot be switched off while you use the app, and they carry no advertising or analytics purpose. They are set as HttpOnly and Secure with a SameSite restriction.

3.Analytics cookies (optional — only with consent)
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the marketing site is used so we can improve it. These cookies are set only if you select "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics runs in consent-denied mode and does not store these cookies, and you can use the site normally.

The TaskFieldAI app itself (the signed-in product at /app) does not load analytics — these cookies apply to the public marketing site only.
4.What we don't do
- No advertising, remarketing, or ad-targeting cookies.
- No cross-site or third-party behavioral tracking.
- No selling or sharing of your data for advertising.
5.How to control cookies
- Cookie banner. Choose "Accept" or "Decline" for analytics when you first visit. Declining keeps analytics cookies off.
- Change your mind. Clear the
taskfield_cookie_consententry (or your site data) in your browser and reload to see the banner again. - Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the app from working.
6.Changes to this policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent again. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
