Free Plan
TaskFieldAI offers a Free Plan with limited features at no charge. No payment information is required to use the Free Plan. There is nothing to refund on the Free Plan.

Free Trial
We may offer a 7-day free trial for the Pro Plan. During the trial period, you have full access to Pro features at no charge. You may cancel at any time during the trial period with no charge. To cancel, visit the Paddle customer portal or contact us at support@taskfieldai.com.

After the Trial Period
If you do not cancel before your 7-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Pro Plan and your payment method will be charged. After the trial period, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Pro Plan Subscriptions
Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. After the initial billing period, subscriptions auto-renew each month.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to Pro features until then.

EU/UK Consumers
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase (the date your payment was taken) for any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@taskfieldai.com.

How to Request a Refund
For any refund requests (including EU/UK statutory rights), please email support@taskfieldai.com with:

Your account email

Order/invoice number (found in your receipt email from Paddle)

Reason for request

Refunds are processed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and typically appear within 5-14 business days depending on your payment method.
