Return & Refund Policy

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle; cancel anytime and you keep access until the period ends.

EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For any refund, email us with your invoice number.

1.Plans and what can be refunded

TaskFieldAI offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Pro Plus plans. The Free plan requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payments, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

This policy explains when you can get a refund. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

2.Free trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial of a paid plan. During the trial you have full access at no charge and can cancel at any time before it ends with no charge. To cancel, use the Paddle customer portal (linked from your receipt) or email support@taskfieldai.com.

3.After the trial and ongoing billing

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each period. Except where required by law (see EU / UK consumers) or stated otherwise here, payments are final and non-refundable.

4.Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the current period.

5.EU / UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the initial payment, in line with the Consumer Rights Directive and UK consumer law. To exercise this right, email support@taskfieldai.com within the 14-day window and we will arrange a refund.

6.How to request a refund

For any refund request, including statutory EU/UK rights, email support@taskfieldai.com with:

  • your account email,
  • the order / invoice number from your Paddle receipt, and
  • the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
