We use Google OAuth 2.0 to securely connect to your Gmail. We never store your password and only access emails when you're actively using the app.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We process emails on-demand and don't permanently store email content on our servers.

TaskFieldAI requires an internet connection to fetch emails and generate AI responses. However, previously loaded emails and extracted tasks are available offline.

Go to Settings โ†’ Billing in the desktop app. You can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
