Inbox & AI Triage
TaskFieldAI automatically scans your unread emails and attaches Priority and Category badges.
- Urgent emails are auto-starred.
- Navigate to Settings > General to enable AI Auto-Labels. It seamlessly tags emails with WORK, PERSONAL, OTP right in your Gmail account.
- Press E while hovering an email to instantly Archive it.

- In the Draft panel, hit Extract Tasks while viewing an email. The AI will identify deadlines and deliverables.
- Click Move to TaskField Extract. This teleports the tasks into the standalone Extract desktop window!
- Open Extract directly using the "Extract" button at the top of the Draft panel.
Persistent Memory
The AI learns from your conversations and explicitly remembers facts.
- When you tell the Agent something important (e.g. "My home address is..."), it stores it in its Vector DB.
- Go to Settings > Memory to view everything the AI currently knows about you.
- You can securely delete individual memories via the red trash icon anytime.
