Autopilot

It does the routine. You keep the judgment.

It starts able to do nothing but draft. Autonomy is earned with data, granted by you, one category at a time — and the hard limits never move.

Four modes, and you choose the line

Observer watches and reports, acting on nothing. Assistant drafts everything for your approval. Co-Pilot sends autonomously with a cancellation window and escalates exceptions. Full Autopilot handles everything inside the boundaries you set. Most people keep client replies on 'ask me' forever and hand scheduling and follow-ups over completely.

  • Observer, Assistant, Co-Pilot, Full — per category, not all-or-nothing
  • Co-Pilot sends with a window and escalates anything unusual
  • Change the line any time; it takes effect on the next email

It writes like you — to each person

Drafts are built from your last 20 emails to that specific contact, so the formality, sentence length and sign-off match the real relationship — not a generic 'professional' voice. It learns that you write to your co-founder differently than to a client, because it has read both.

  • Voice learned per contact, from how you actually write to them
  • Every action shows its reasoning — what it did and why
  • Your edits feed back in: the more you correct, the closer it gets

Hard limits you can see

These aren't fine print, they're the product. Personal email is excluded in code and cannot be enabled. Every send has an undo window backed by a durable timer, so it survives a browser refresh. Sends respect your working hours — it never makes it look like you email at 2am. And it earns the next mode only when your edit rate falls far enough.

  • Personal email excluded in code — not a toggle
  • Undo window on every send; risk flags freeze the thread
  • Working-hours gate; mode upgrades gated on a low edit rate
Questions

Good to know.

How do I trust it to send on my behalf?

You don't have to at first. It begins in draft-only mode. You watch its drafts, correct them, and only when your edits approach zero does it suggest more autonomy — which you approve, per category.

What's the undo window?

Every autonomous send holds for a few seconds with a cancel button, backed by a database timer — so it works even if you refresh or close the tab during the countdown.

Can it ever email my family?

No. Personal domains are excluded before any classification even runs. It is a hard limit in the code, not a setting you or we can switch off.
