AUTOPILOT

Your inbox processes itself. Even when you're away.

4-mode autonomous email processing — from passive observation to full autopilot. You decide how much control to hand over. TaskFieldAI does the rest.

Four Modes of Autonomy

Autopilot isn't binary. It's a spectrum. Start in Observer mode where it only watches and learns. Graduate to Assistant where it drafts but waits for approval. Move to Co-Pilot where it handles routine and escalates exceptions. Or go Full Autopilot — it handles everything, you review the daily digest.

  • Observer — watches, learns, suggests
  • Assistant — drafts, waits for you
  • Co-Pilot — handles routine, escalates important
  • Full Autopilot — processes everything autonomously

Intelligent Auto-Labeling

Every incoming email is instantly categorized: WORK, PERSONAL, OTP, NEWSLETTER. No AI processing needed for labeling — it's rule-based and instant. Your inbox is organized before you even open it.

  • Rule-based instant categorization
  • Custom label rules
  • Zero false positives on OTP detection
  • Newsletter auto-archive option

Real-Time Gmail Push

Autopilot uses Gmail Push Notifications — not polling. This means instant processing the moment an email arrives, with zero impact on your Gmail API quota. Privacy-respecting, battery-efficient, and always current.

  • Gmail Push Notifications (not polling)
  • Instant processing on arrival
  • No API quota impact
  • Opt-in only — off by default

Weekly Intelligence Digest

Every Monday morning, Autopilot compiles everything it did for you: tasks extracted, CRM entries logged, emails processed, patterns detected. A single report that keeps you informed without the noise.

  • Monday morning digest
  • Task deduplication across threads
  • CRM activity summary
  • Relationship status changes

Frequently asked questions

Never. Even in Full Autopilot mode, it only processes incoming emails — labeling, extracting tasks, logging CRM, and alerting. It never sends emails on your behalf without explicit approval.
Autopilot uses the Memory Layer to build a persistent model of your communication style, priorities, and preferences. The more you use it, the better it gets. You can view and delete memories anytime.
Yes. You can change your autonomy level at any time in Settings > Autopilot. Changes take effect immediately.
Autopilot processes emails in real-time and stores only the extracted metadata (tasks, labels, CRM data). Raw email content is never permanently stored on our servers.
