Schedule itself. Brief you before every call.
It detects scheduling intent in your email, proposes times that fit how each person likes to meet, books the event, and then hands you a full brief an hour before you walk in.
It handles the back-and-forth
When an email asks to find time, it checks your calendar, cross-references how that contact prefers to meet — mornings, never Fridays, Tuesdays get fast replies — proposes specific slots, negotiates the reply, and creates the event. Scheduling autonomy is set separately from email, so you can hand over the calendar while keeping a hand on your replies.
- Detects scheduling intent and reads real calendar availability
- Proposes times from each contact's learned preferences
- Its own autonomy modes, independent from email Autopilot
Briefed an hour before, every time
Sixty minutes before the meeting, a brief is built from your real history with everyone in the room: relationship status, open commitments on both sides, active risks listed first, deal stage, and a recommended outcome. Same sections every time, so you always know where the warnings are.
- Synthesizes 30 days of history, memory, health, risks and commitments
- Risks first, then talking points and a recommended outcome
- A consistent structure you can scan in 30 seconds
Afterward, nothing slips
When the meeting ends, it prompts you for what was agreed. You type a sentence; it extracts the structured commitments — who owes what, by when — and files them into the ledger and your memory. The promises made in the room don't evaporate the moment you leave it.
- Post-meeting prompt the moment the event ends
- Turns your one-line recap into tracked commitments with deadlines
- Both your obligations and theirs, captured together
Good to know.
Will it book meetings without asking me?
Only if you set scheduling to an autonomous mode — and that's separate from email. Many people keep replies on 'ask me' while letting it handle the calendar end to end.
Which calendar does it use?
Google Calendar, connected with the same one-click Google sign-in. Microsoft 365 / Outlook is on the roadmap.
What if I miss the post-meeting prompt?
Commitments can be captured any time from chat or the brief — and anything stated in follow-up email is extracted automatically too.
